Chicago Riverwalk engagement with fantastic Kristen and Corey! Kristin and Corey are having their wedding at Off Shore Chicago. It is a venue that has the largest rooftop, and offers panoramic, unmatched views of Lake Michigan and the Chicago skyline. So it only made sense that they wanted to start their engagement session near the Navy Pier. We also wanted to use the opportunity and take a few shots on the Ohio beach. Kristen loved an idea of being barefoot on the beach. Unfortunately, the beach was closed due to Covid City restrictions but we managed to get just two quick shoots on the entrance to the beach. It was totally worth it!
For the second part of their engagement session they chose Riverwalk. Chicago Riverwalk engagement photos are the most popular on our blog. There is just so many options for photographers to choose from. Plus, it is a really nice stroll giving you an opportunity to chat and get to know each other. Bridges, Chicago architecture, sunlight reflections on the river or high glass buildings, green areas etc. We particularly like to play with light and reflections so I have to say this is one of our favorite locations for Chicago engagement session. Kristen and Corey had to postpone their wedding from last year like so many other couples. We can not wait to finally photograph their wedding this year!
